During the ultrasonic cleaning process, carbon deposits, grease, fouling, corrosion, rust, and other contaminants are removed from the firearm. This process may reveal pre-existing defects, wear, cracks, corrosion, damaged components, poor previous repairs, modifications, excessive wear, or other issues that were not visible prior to cleaning.

By submitting a firearm for cleaning, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• The firearm may contain pre-existing defects, damage, wear, corrosion, or mechanical issues.
• The cleaning process may reveal faults that were previously concealed by fouling, dirt, grease, or corrosion.
• We are not responsible for defects, failures, malfunctions, corrosion, wear, damage, or unsafe conditions that existed prior to the cleaning service.
• No guarantee is made regarding the operational condition, safety, accuracy, reliability, or performance of the firearm following cleaning.
• The customer remains solely responsible for ensuring the firearm is safe and fit for use.
• Any repairs, replacement parts, adjustments, gunsmithing work, or further inspections identified as necessary will be quoted separately and will not be carried out without customer approval.

If a firearm is found to have a potentially unsafe condition, significant defect, or issue requiring attention, we reserve the right to suspend further work and contact the licence holder before proceeding.
