Upgrade your 10/22® with the KIDD 762 fluted lightweight barrel—delivering true bull-barrel aesthetics, match-grade precision, and reduced front-end weight for faster handling.
Bull profile where it counts
A .920" diameter for the first 2 inches provides the stiffness and visual presence of a traditional bull barrel, then transitions to .870" toward the muzzle to reduce unnecessary mass.
Lightweight, repeatable accuracy
Engineered to balance rigidity and handling, the 16.5" configuration weighs approximately 1 lb 14 oz while maintaining stable, repeatable performance.
Stainless core with fluted sleeve
A stainless-steel core ensures structural integrity and thermal stability. The fluted outer sleeve (black or silver) enhances rigidity while delivering the classic bull-barrel profile.
Match-grade manufacturing
Barrels are bored and rifled by Lothar Walther, then precision-finished and hand-machined by Tony Kidd. A proprietary chamber reamer ensures smooth feeding and reliable cycling.
Refined extractor and crown geometry
Includes a precision convex extractor slot for consistent extraction and an 11° crown with double ring at the muzzle, KIDD marked.
Proven accuracy guarantee
Capable of ½" groups at 50 yards (5-shot group), verified within this weight class.
Threading option
Optional 1/2"-28 muzzle threading available, with protective cap.
Barrel droop is typically caused by inconsistent tenon-to-receiver engagement. This design mitigates that through:
When installed correctly, v-block screws only need to be snug (~10 in-lb)—enough to prevent movement without inducing distortion.
This barrel is engineered for shooters who want bull-barrel stability, reduced weight, and dependable match accuracy in a refined, field-ready package.
